A Russian-Ukrainian businessman, a friend of the Kharkov mayor of Gennady Kernes, Pavel Fuchs, was detained during a border crossing by the migration service officers to find out the circumstances.

This is reported by sources of the "Ukrainian Truth".

It is noted that in the end, after several hours spent at the airport, Fuchs was forced to fly back.

The businessman explained in the commentary that he was not deported, but not admitted because of an allegedly incorrectly filled questionnaire when obtaining a visa.

The solution to this problem is now his lawyers.

Pavel Fuchs is a businessman who was born in Kharkov, then moved to Moscow, where he lived for a long time and earned capital. According to him, he refused Russian citizenship, and in 2015 he received a new Ukrainian passport.

At the same time, he is still listed on the website of the Moscow construction corporation MOS CITY GROUP as chairman of the board of directors. And according to open data of the Russian unified state register of legal entities, is one of the founders of the company. The most famous project of this corporation is the skyscrapers "Moscow City".

For the first time in the rating of the richest Ukrainians according to the magazine "Focus" Pavel Fuchs entered in 2017 on the basis of 2016 results - and immediately took 24 position. His condition was estimated at $ 270 million.

In Ukraine, Fuchs is known for buying toxic assets from Viktor Yanukovych's entourage.

Earlier, the Schemes program reported that Fuchs was flying by one private plane with Igor Kolomoisky's main political support - People's Deputy of Ukraine, co-chairman of the Vozrozhdenie parliamentary group Vitaly Khomutynnik.
