The document establishes the principles and norms governing the procedure for the readmission of persons on the territory of two states. Violated the regime of entry / exit, as well as the terms of stay of these citizens in Moldova and Ukraine.
The Agreement also provides for a mechanism for interaction between the parties in the implementation of the readmission procedure.
Recall that the agreement on readmission was signed on October 6, 2017 by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moldova Alexander Zhizdan and the head of the Migration Service of Ukraine Maxim Sokolyuk.
As previously reported in "URA-Inform", the head of the Moldovan state Igor Dodon is almost sure that the country has no chance to join the European Union. At the moment the Moldova dossier is in the bottom box of European concerns.
