Tusk noted that he is not a big fan of Moscow's policy, referring to voting by a qualified majority in the EU.
On this issue it is better to turn to Jean-Claude Juncker, since it is he who works with the main documents and representatives of the EU member states for the adoption of new sanctions against Russia.
"Turn to Junker, he is better-than-me in this matter," sums up Tusk. Recall that the European Union recently approved the continuation of sanctions against Russia for another year, but the list of restrictions remains the same. The main sanctions will be directed against individuals of the Russian state from among Vladimir Putin's entourage.
