About this today during a briefing on the detention of a NABU agent during an alleged attempt to bribe the General Prosecutor of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko. In his view, the detectives of the NABU should give this assessment, because it has some legal perspective.

"I am sure that there are signs of corruption in the actions of this official and her friends," said Lutsenko.

Also the Prosecutor General added that all the proposals of the NABU agent to the official were obviously illegal.

At the moment she was asked to take a deliberately unlawful decision. This from the point of view of European and Ukrainian legislation and even morality - is unacceptable.

At the same time, the Prosecutor General pointed out, in all three cases, the actions of the agent of the NABU were of a provocative illegal nature.
