On the eve, on Monday night, November 20, the leader of the Free Democratic Party Christian Linder announced the withdrawal from the talks. As reported by Deutsche Welle, he explained this decision by "lack of trust".

At the same time, the party leadership in its Twitter microblogging stated that they can not be held responsible for the spirit with which the documents of the governmental consultations are filled.

Other negotiators - the CDU / CSU union and the Soyuz 90 / Greens party expressed regret at the outcome of the consultations.

In turn, the head of the Federal Association of Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Germany Eric Schweitzer has already said that he is afraid of "a longer phase of uncertainty" in the country.

The president of the Central Union of German Artisans, Hans-Peter Wolzerfer, characterized the failure of the talks as a "fatal". Volzeyfer believes that at the talks "party and tactical considerations" took precedence over "state responsibility".

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the allies of German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that the leader's attempts to create a coalition "Jamaica" are doomed to failure.
