At the same time, the bill is primarily aimed at ensuring the proper implementation of decisions on recovery of alimony. According to the adopted document, the procedure for establishing a temporary restriction on the right to travel of a debtor is simplified, new means of enforcing decisions that can only be used to a debtor who has an obligation to pay maintenance in the amount of, collectively exceed the amount of the corresponding payments for six months.

In addition, it is proposed to introduce a new type of administrative penalty in the form of social work, in particular, the bill proposes the setting of a prescription according to which it is supposed that if there is an arrears in the payment of alimony in an amount that exceeds the sum of the corresponding payments for six months, the departure of a child outside Ukraine for a period exceeding one month is independently decided by the parent with whom the court decision determines the place of residence of the child.
