However, May is confident that Moscow underestimates the stability of Western democracies, reports DW. According to the British Prime Minister, Britain and its allies will cooperate in the fight against Moscow's actions, which pose a threat to the international order.

Speaking in the evening on Monday, November 13, at a banquet hosted by the Lord Mayor of the City of London, she stated that Russian President Vladimir Putin was trying to use information as a weapon.

May also accused the leader of the Russian Federation of alleged cyber espionage, in particular interference in elections in foreign countries and hacker attacks on the German Bundestag and the Danish Ministry of Defense.

At the same time, she hopes that Russia will choose "another way".

As previously reported in URA-Inform, Britain can leave all structures of the European Union within 20 months. European officials categorically denied the British Prime Minister Treza Mei in determining the period for the country's release of Brexit for two years, and stated that the Brexit transition period could be limited to only 20 months. Most likely the state will leave the union not before 2020.
