Poland will not publish a list of persons who are prohibited from entering the country. This was in an interview with Dzienik Gazeta Prawna, Polish Foreign Minister Witold Waszczyski said, notes liga. net.

According to him, the list is small, and this indicates "restraint (Poles - ed.. ) in actions concerning the Ukrainian side and shows a willingness to seek ways to move forward in mutual contacts and unwillingness to further escalate ".

"We do not disclose either about who and how many people, nor about the scope of this," said Vashchikovsky.

The Polish Foreign Minister stressed that the ban would concern persons who promote anti-humanitarian and anti-European values.

Foreign Minister noted that the ban would not contradict the Schengen rules.

November 2, 2017 Vashchikovsky said that people who demonstratively wear the uniform of the SS Galicia, "will not enter Poland".

The next day, the Foreign Ministry published an appeal emphasizing that "there are no anti-Polish sentiments in Ukraine, most Ukrainians are absolutely positive about Poland, despite disagreements in assessments of a complex historical past".

November 5, Vashchikovsky said that Poland expects from Ukraine "real steps" for Ukrainian-Polish reconciliation in matters of the common historical past. At the same time, he noted that the Ukrainian monuments that were built illegally in Poland, without the permission of the Polish authorities, should be recognized as illegal.
