This is reported on the page of the diplomatic department in Facebook.

The letter says that Gulen is really wanted, and that in the territory of Turkey he faces criminal responsibility for attempting a coup against the incumbent President Erdogan on the night of 15 to 16 July 2016, the military putsch failed. However, Ankara strictly intends to seek extradition of the preacher.

"Gulen stands for all the crimes committed by members of his criminal course, and the Turkish people are extremely concerned and surprised at the fact that such a person is still finding refuge in the United States," reads the published post.

As reported in URA-Inform, the United States special prosecutor Robert Muller in the course of the investigation found that ex-national security adviser Michael Flynn could prepare a plan for kidnapping Fethullah Gulen and then hand him over to Ankara for a large sum of money.
