This is reported by El Pais.

The representative of the Spanish government, Inigo Mendez de Vigo, and the country's Minister of Defense, Maria Dolores de Cospedal, argue that foreign parties tried to influence the course and results of the referendum that led the region in a state of political crisis. This is already the first attack, the signal of which is coming from the territory of the Russian Federation, and therefore we will prepare the next meeting of the EU Council on Foreign Affairs.

It is possible that the operations could have come from other parts of the world, but still do not know who these people are, and therefore it is necessary to urgently conduct an investigation to establish specific signal sources, and possibly the perpetrators of these attacks that threatened the constitutional order of Spain.

As reported in "URA-Inform," recently in CNN said that Britain was subjected to a cyber attack from Moscow during Brexit.
