This is evidenced by a court ruling of November 8, which was at the disposal of the "Observer".
The court granted the claim of the businessman, having decided to recognize the decisions of the Council of the EU regarding restrictive measures directed against certain persons, enterprises and bodies in connection with the situation in Ukraine from March 5, 2015 and from March 4, 2016, invalid in relation to him. Also, the court ordered the EU to pay all court expenses Ivanyushchenko.
The decision of the Council was recognized as erroneous, since accusations of the ex-MP of Ukrainian authorities in embezzlement of state funds were recognized as groundless.
At the same time, a similar claim by ex-minister of incomes and fees of Alexander Klimenko was rejected, and he was obliged to pay all court expenses.
