According to the verdict of the court, C. Yudaev was sentenced to 8 years in custody, but for the "Law of Savchenko" he was released directly from the courtroom under an amnesty.

Now he is assigned 5 years probation with a probation period of 3 years.

The announcement of the verdict was scheduled for 11:00, however, at 10:51 am an unknown person reported on the mining of the building. Then pro-Russian activists seized the building of the regional state administration. The administrative building was vacated and the supporters of the "Russian spring" were detained by the soldiers of the special subdivision of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine "Jaguar". Among the 63 accused - three people are held as organizers of mass riots. These are Sergei Yudaev, Egor Logvinov and Spartak Golovachev.
