"We plan to reformat the work of the criminal investigation department - we are creating an entirely new division. There will enter the best workers, 70 percent of which are operatives, and another 30 percent are investigators, "Knyazev said..

Also, according to him, the agency plans to completely change the system of recruiting and training candidates for service in criminal police units. 75-80% of candidates will come to office after a certain period of service in the units of the patrol police. Thus, they will have some work experience.

The remaining candidates - 20-25% of the required number of operatives - will receive specialized education, after which young operatives will be trained by their experienced colleagues.
