Such a message was made by the President's authorized representative on Crimean Tatar people Mustafa Dzhemilev. According to him - during the drafting of the resolution the way was chosen - to call things by their own names. In the Crimea, now grossly violate human rights and all the norms of the Geneva Convention of 1949. Dzhemilev emphasized that in the occupied Crimea the Crimean Tatar people and Ukrainian citizens are being ousted, and citizens of Russia are being settled.
