Representatives of law enforcement agencies drafted an appropriate protocol. As the press service of the Committee of Voters of Ukraine informs, in Lugansk region voters' delivery was recorded in the Krasnorechensky District.

People were brought here by buses on behalf of one of the candidates. Observers reported this fact to the police.

In the Kherson region, there was also seen the transport of people, which was accompanied by a conflict situation. Here a group of men who introduced themselves as public activists stopped a bus on a passenger car, which, they said, drove voters to the polling stations.

As a result, a verbal skirmish arose between them, during which one of the passengers of the bus struck a man who introduced himself as a journalist. The victim called the police and an act was compiled about the attack on the journalist.

At the same time, observers of the NGO "Opora" report attempts to issue a ballot to voters without presenting a passport. According to their data, such cases were recorded in the morning by 7.4% of the PECs, where voting is taking place in particular in the Sumy, Zhytomyr regions, and after lunch, observers documented an attempt to get a bulletin in the Rivne region.
