The document was filed by a political group of European conservatives and reformists.
"The European Parliament once again stresses that EU sanctions against Russia imposed in connection with the illegal annexation of the Crimea will remain until Ukraine's sovereignty over the Crimea is restored," reads the draft resolution.
The document also reported on the establishment of an international negotiating platform with the aim of de-occupation of the Crimea, in addition, there is a demand to release a prisoner in Moscow, journalist Roman Sushchenko.

The debate on the violation of human rights in the Crimea occupied by Russia and the vote of the relevant resolution will be held on Thursday in Strasbourg.
