For the basis and as a whole the bill No. 6617 "On Amending the Budget Code of Ukraine on raising pensions" was supported by 255 People's Deputies. Thus, the parliament introduced changes that propose to clarify the list of expenditures carried out from the state budget for social protection and social security, supplementing it with expenses for the payment of state social assistance for care to persons specified in the law "On State Social Assistance to Persons Who Do not Have the Right to Retirement" and disabled people ".

Also, the code should be supplemented with expenses to cover the difference between the amount of pension accrued in accordance with paragraphs one and three of part one, part three of article 28 of the law "On compulsory state pension insurance" and the amount of pension accrued in accordance with article 27 of the law "On compulsory state pension insurance ";.

to compensate for the deficit of the Pension Fund's funds to finance the payment of pensions in the joint system of compulsory state pension insurance (the excess of expenses over incomes, including taking into account the reserve of funds of the PFC).

In addition, it is proposed to supplement the list of expenditures that are carried out from the budgets of the cities of the Republic of Crimea and regional significance, district budgets, budgets of the united territorial communities, expenditures on such social protection programs as: social assistance to persons who do not have the right to pension, and persons with disability, including care allowance (except for state social assistance for care for persons specified in clauses 1 to 3 of part 1 of Article 7 of the Law "On State Social Assistance to Persons, do not have the right to ensiyu and disabled ");.

a monthly compensation payment to an unemployed able-bodied person caring for a person with a disability of Group I, and also for a person who has reached the age of 80;.

temporary social assistance to an unemployed person who has reached the general retirement age but who has not received the right to a pension payment.

After the adoption of the bill, the head of the parliament, Andrei Parubiy, closed the parliament session.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Tuesday, October 3, adopted a pension reform. For bill No. 6614 "On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Increasing Pensions", the thief of the second reading was voted by 288 people's deputies.

Thus, the government can now raise pensions from October 1 this year in the amount of 200 to 1000 hryvnia for nine million Ukrainians out of 12 million.
