According to her, the referendum that took place on October 1 in Catalonia was banned by the Constitutional Court of Spain because of its inconsistency with the Constitution of the state. Ukraine supports the readiness of the Spanish government for political dialogue with parliamentary political forces to restore law and order within the constitutional framework of the country, she said, adding that Spain is one of the leaders of democracy in the world, relying on a solid foundation of democratic traditions and values ??that their time led to a peaceful transition from dictatorship to democracy and subsequently - to membership in NATO and the EU, will be a democratic way to solve all pressing domestic problems life.
