There is such a country where oil and other useful budget fossils are bottomless set. A simple person could live there as in Norway, but he hardly has enough for food and clothing. Power in it was captured by people in uniform, quickly became billionaires. In order to retain the seized power, they persecute the opposition and tell on television about the CIA plot, and still keep, especially in the European Union and the United States, an international network of friends on account.

This country is called Venezuela. In August, the state corporation Rosneft allocated to it another loan for $ 6 billion. Two or three years ago such a sum would not have disturbed anyone. Russia recently wrote off large sums of North Korea and Cuba. However, after sanctions, Russian people became more sensitive to money issues and grumbled. They say again they gave a loan, which no one will return, stupidity, tranzhirstvo. Nicholas Maduro is about to end, the people have already taken to the streets, there would be no Kremlin to rush up, build contacts with the local opposition, play strategically.

The Kremlin did not react to the advice of Facebook, he switched to a new information guide, and Nicholas Maduro arranged an unconstitutional coup and again stayed in the chair. To the vacillations of which and the endless rallies outside the window, the Venezuelan president for four years is completely accustomed.

Why Venezuela to our "bad guys"? The simplest answer: the more loans, the more interesting it is to issue them. The economy of RIZ (sawing, rolling, skidding), as the Russian system calls Stanislav Belkovsky, works well both inside the country and on geopolitical scales. State debts and savvy in their service helped a number of post-Soviet characters "get out into people". For example, the history of the Angolan debt of Russia has become a classic case for anti-corruption investigators. Of the total Angolan debt of $ 1.5 billion, 338 million settled in private pockets. According to various estimates, Venezuela should collectively more than 15 billion. If your child went to the third grade and multiplied by 10, ask him to count how many dollars will be in private pockets in the Venezuelan case.

The second answer: "Rosneft" for the obligations receives huge assets of the Venezuelan oil industry. Reuters has published a large investigation into how Russia buys Venezuela for a pittance. The third answer: Venezuela - the largest Latin American market for the sale of Russian arms. And finally, the fourth: Venezuela is steadily making its way to the Top 10 most corrupt countries in the world. Venezuela - a black hole, a pirate bay in the Caribbean, where greedy politicians meet and outright crime. Every minute of its existence allows bad guys to turn dubious deeds and fabulously grow rich. Save the regime of chavista, they will be the whole dark world.

Why Venezuela good guys? So I conditionally call the other part of the Russian elite. Interested in peace, progress and human rights, as well as the ratification of all the most ferocious anti-corruption conventions. Venezuela's GDP is falling at double-digit rates, last year's inflation almost broke through a thousand percentage points and by all estimates will pierce the psychological barrier in the current. Authorities from the beginning of the year arrest bakers, looking for scarce flour. Toilet paper is a luxury, and medicines have long ended.

The opposition almost ten years ago created the Round Table of Democratic Unity, bringing together all the opponents of the regime. She holds primaries with hundreds of thousands of participants, won many regional elections, took a majority in parliament. The international community supports the opposition. On the streets on the first call there are millions of people who stand ready for months to beat off attacks by the police, army and thugs. Charismatic - really charismatic - the dictator took and even died. Ten out of ten events happened, any of which, in the opinion of the Russian oppositionist, can at once do away with tyranny.

However, it always cleverly jumps out of any critical situation.

All the years, good guys avoided discussing the stormy life of a transatlantic twin country. Psychologically, they defended themselves against the insanely interesting, first of all surprisingly unsuccessful, foreign experience. Perhaps now is the best time for a serious conversation about Venezuela.
