According to his report - the main goal of the Ukrainian land reform now is to strengthen and stabilize the agricultural sector. Everyone now understands that it will take time for effective implementation of land reform. Also, everyone understands that it is still necessary to reach a consensus on the most varied parameters before implementing it.
