Relatives of two members of the crew who crashed in a plane crash while working on the film "Made in America", called the actor Tom Cruise involved in the tragedy. This is reported by People.
Families of the victims appealed to the court. In a lawsuit, they accused the film company Imagine Entertainment, Vendian Entertainment and Cross Creek Pictures of violating the security protocol.
The plaintiffs also mentioned the director of the film Doug Lyman and Cruz, who played the main role in it - they were accused of wanting to "take off an action-packed, extremely risky project", which entailed a plane crash.
It is noted that the actor and director required several times to re-shoot scenes with tricks on the plane. However, Cruz and Lyman are not indicated by the defendants in the suit, but relatives of the crew members believe that they showed negligence.
The plane crash occurred in September 2015 in Colombia. On board were three people, two of them - stuntman Alan David Purwin and pilot Jimmy Lee Garland - were killed. Cruise himself at the time of the accident in the plane was not.
