This was reported by the Belarusian Ministry of Finance.

According to the agency, the loan was granted in accordance with the agreement of August 30, 2017. So, in April, the heads of state agreed on the loan, the Ministry of Finance. Today, the funds are fully credited to the account of the agency.

According to the draft, the loan will be repaid by two annual tranches - in April and October - starting from 2018. In this case, the amount of tranches will gradually increase: from 2.5% of the amount in the first few years to 9.5% in April and October 2027.

By the way, the loan is intended to refinance Belarus' liabilities to the Russian Federation on the previously received loan.

As noted earlier in URA-Inform, in 2017 the Ukrainian government plans to allocate 730 million hryvnia - to finance the so-called "warm loans".
