According to the service, the diplomats will hold talks on stabilization between the two countries. The main points concern the issue of the closure of diplomatic consulates by both countries, as well as the recall of diplomats.

The representatives of the powers will discuss the removal of obstacles in US-Russian relations, in particular, the resumption of the exchange of diplomatic missions.

Previously, the US imposed a visa restriction on Russian citizens on the territory of the Russian Federation, offering to receive a document in consulates of other countries.

In response to such actions, the Russian Federation withdrew the series of American diplomats back to the US.

The last time the diplomatic meeting was held by diplomats on July 17, where they discussed the aggravation of relations between the countries against the backdrop of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict, as well as the resumption of hostilities in Syria.
