Against the Ukrainian Baluha instituted another criminal case

Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation on August 22, 2017 instituted criminal proceedings against Ukrainian Vladimir Balukh on h. 1 st. 318 of the Criminal Code. This is reported CrimeaSOS referring to the Crimean human rights group.

Human rights activists report that the head of the Razdolnensky IVS Valery Tkachenko filed a complaint against Ukrainian political prisoner Vladimir Balukh, in response to a complaint by the Ukrainian defender against illegal actions, Tkachenko, who insulted and struck Balukh.

The decree said that Balukh on August 11, 2017, during the morning inspection of the IVS cameras in the corridor, struck elbow captain Valery Tkachenko in the stomach, after which the Ukrainian entered the cell number 2, took a bottle of detergent and again struck the head of the IVS on his right arm.



"According to the protection of the Ukrainian, the head of the temporary detention facility of the village of Razdolnoye Tkachenko himself attacked Vladimir, namely, struck, insulted with obscene language, humiliated by ethnicity. All this was recorded on video in the IVS ", - report human rights activists.

Recall Razdolnensky district court sentenced Ukrainian activist Vladimir Balukh to 3 years and 7 months in prison in a colony settlement and a fine of 10 thousand rubles.
