"Volcker's position neutralizes the Kremlin's hopes for the possibility of any deals in Ukraine and focuses it on simple alternatives: either slow death in sanctions-political isolation, or withdrawal from Ukraine (as well as from other lands occupied by Moscow). To understand which option the Kremlin military junta will eventually choose, one should keep in mind the following: among other things, a war against a neighboring state for Putin's administration is also an adrenaline rush that dilutes the boring dictatorial routine of his closest team. Aggressive conflicts for the Moscow satraps are a kind of drug for which the alcoholic is vodka, for a typical addict is heroin, and for a maniac there are more and more perverted murders.

To understand what kind of bloody entertainment will end for Putin's regime, one important experiment on rats.

During the experiment, several wires were connected to the animals, each of which went from a certain button. One of them allowed to get psychological pleasure, the other led to the appearance of food. The result of the experiment was deplorable: by determining the purpose of the buttons, the rats neglected the possibility of receiving food, preferring a button that allowed them to receive pleasant sensations at any moment. As a result, the subjects died of hunger: they did not want to receive food, becoming hostages of their own pleasure - a real drug, which they now could receive in unlimited quantities.

With the same result, an experiment with the Kremlin rat, dependent on the pleasure obtained as a result of mass murders (which in the Kremlin is mistakenly called the restoration of spheres of influence).

The problem is that the population he leads with an imperial mentality that does not take into account the sovereignty of other states is not going to leave the international arena at the click of a finger - primarily because of the presence of nuclear weapons. The latter factor is the most difficult from the point of view of conflictology, because the Russian government will not agree to transfer nuclear warheads under international control even after 100 years, "summed up Kushnar.
