According to the head of the Cabinet, the social sphere should prepare for the beginning of the academic year housing fund, preschool institutions, schools and hospitals.
Groysman stressed that the central government is responsible for the education system, and self-governing bodies should also be involved in all processes.
In particular, this concerns the arrangement and repair of schools and preschool institutions.
"By September 1, at the local level, all the issues on preparing schools for the school year and for the heating season should be resolved," the head of government.
