This is reported by the German edition of Deutsche Welle.

It is noteworthy that the agreement was concluded by the USA, Canada and Mexico in 1994. However, at yesterday's press conference, the parties talked about accelerated and large-scale negotiations and agreed to hold meetings every three weeks.

The next round is scheduled for the first to fifth of September, which will be held in Mexico.

According to the publication, the sides of the states will try to reach a compromise until January 2018, when the pre-election campaign begins in Mexico.

Despite this, the politicians of the countries doubt that this agreement will be achieved quickly, since such negotiations lasted several years.

In addition, the president of the United States, Donald Trump, repeatedly called the NAFTA agreement a "catastrophe" and the worst trade deal in history.

Recall, as reported by "URA-Inform," more recently, US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson held talks with Canadian Foreign Minister Hristey Freeland. The main topic of the discussion was the discussion of the North American Free Trade Agreement.
