Crimean political prisoner Balukh, convicted of the flag of Ukraine at his house, was beaten by the head of the IVS

The head of the IVS of the Razdolnensky District Police Department of the annexed Crimea, Valery Tkachenko, beat Ukrainian activist Vladimir Balukh, who was sentenced last week to 3 years of 7 months of general regime for a fabricated case of storage of cartridges and TNTs. This was reported by the Crimean human rights group referring to the lawyer of the political prisoner. The name of the lawyer in the publication is not specified; Obviously, we are talking about Taras Omelchenko.

Also Tkachenko insulted Balukh on a national basis and scolded him with a mat.

"All this is recorded in the video in the IVS", - said the lawyer.

Lawyer filed a complaint with the police against Tkachenko.

When exactly the incident occurred, the message does not explain.

Balukh was kept in the Razdolnensky ITT on the days when the trial was underway in his case. After the verdict of 4 August, the political prisoners were to return to SIZO-1 in Simferopol.
