The head of the IVS of the Razdolnensky District Police Department of the annexed Crimea, Valery Tkachenko, beat Ukrainian activist Vladimir Balukh, who was sentenced last week to 3 years of 7 months of general regime for a fabricated case of storage of cartridges and TNTs. This was reported by the Crimean human rights group referring to the lawyer of the political prisoner. Also Tkachenko insulted Balukh on a national basis and scolded him with a mat.

Lawyer filed a complaint with the police against Tkachenko.
