Document No. 7020 proposes to strengthen the responsibility for violating the rights of children. As stated in the explanatory note to the document published on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, in January-June of this year, 3,838 children became victims of crimes, which is 1.71% of all victims.
Totally in 2016 injured are 7,200 children, which is 1.
62% of the total number of victims.
It is also reported that in January-June 2017, 31 children were killed in Ukraine, 56 were raped, intentional grievous bodily harm was inflicted - 13, 95 were robbed of the child, 321 robberies, 168 frauds, 840 thefts, child trafficking - 11, road accident - 508 children, family violence underwent 82 children.
