"No way the introduction of tariffs can affect the price of electricity for citizens. The so-called RAB-tariff, which was introduced by the NCREC, is not supported and can not be supported by the government. I do not support, as the prime minister, and I know the opinion of ministers.
We believe that the tariff is biased, unfair, does not meet the conditions of transparency and can lead to unnecessary costs. The scheme that the NCREP is being introduced can not work. It is necessary to take progressive, not doubtful decisions. We do not support this, and I instruct to conduct the necessary consultations, "said Groisman.
