This was announced by Ukrainian Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman on his official Twitter page.

Thus, the first priority of the Ukrainian Premier is the completion of the process of uniting territorial communities. In his opinion, this will help to become self-sufficient and effective with economically developed territories.

However, this process should only take place through dialogue.

According to Groisman, it is now necessary at the sub-regional level to work out a model of the activities of central authorities in the field. Since, first of all, this reform is for people who have a chance for great success.

At the same time, the third priority - sectoral reform - for quality education in the UTO, health, infrastructure, cultural environment.

Also, the Prime Minister of Ukraine noted that creating local economic development is a very important issue in decentralization. In particular, it is necessary to create added value on the ground, attract investment, restore the farm movement.

"The inclusion of citizens in decision-making is the fifth and also an important task," added Groisman.
