On April 19 the document was published in the official publication "The Voice of Ukraine", and according to the final provisions of the law, it comes into force three months after the date of its publication. Thus, starting from today, July 19, 2017, the document comes into force.

In particular, the document improves the state regulation of the use of seals in economic activities. So, according to the law, the requirement to use stamps is excluded from the legislation, the possibility of recognizing the document as invalid due to the lack of a seal.

In addition, the need to use seals in the mutual relations of economic entities with state bodies and local authorities is excluded.

The document also establishes the administrative responsibility for extorting a stamp from an official document or a local government agency on an official document.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, in March the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine supported in the second reading the bill number 4 194 "On Amending Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Use of Seals by Legal Persons and Individuals by Entrepreneurs". For the document after several unsuccessful attempts, 226 people's deputies voted.
