Lutsenko asks parliament's consent to arrest Dobkin

Prosecutors fear that he can influence the course of the investigation and destroy documents. As explained on Wednesday, July 12, during a meeting of the Committee on Rules of Procedure, Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko, the investigation believes that the actions of the head of the Kharkov mayor Dobkin have signs of assistance in the fraud and embezzlement of communal property on an especially large scale.



At the same time, Dobkin himself stated that he would ask for a parole to remove his immunity from him, but he was categorically against his arrest and arrest, since he considers such demands to be groundless.

Recall, on June 29 Lutsenko submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of the idea of ??giving consent to bringing to criminal responsibility, the detention and arrest of Mikhail Dobkin.

As reported URA-Inform, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Tuesday, July 11, during the evening session supported the removal of immunity from three of the five submitted to the GPU, People's Deputies.
