It will be considered at the session of the PA in Minsk and it is called for the de-occupation of the Crimea and Donbass. The document, in particular, recognizes that "certain areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions" are under the control of "Russian hybrid forces".



At the same time, the document calls on the Russian Federation as a state that occupies, ensures unobstructed movement of the special mission of the OSCE over the territory of the Crimea, and also claims support for the Minsk Protocol and the Minsk Memorandum on the settlement of the situation in Donbass.

MPs also intend to urge the parties to the conflict to withdraw large-caliber weapons and to allow humanitarian missions to carry out their activities in the Donbas, and Russia - to stop the occupation of Donbass and the Crimea and declare.
