The next people's deputy, in relation to whom a proposal is being prepared for the removal of parliamentary immunity, may be a representative of the "Opposition bloc" faction Mikhail Dobkin. This is reported by the "Ukrainian Truth", referring to its own sources.
It is noted that in the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office the name of the suspect was not confirmed, but was not denied, indicating that submission to another deputy must be signed in the near future.
Earlier, employees of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine and the Security Service of Ukraine conducted searches in the departments of the Kharkiv City Council. The searches took place on the evening of June 27 in the framework of the case of land allocation under the so-called cooperative scheme. On the day when it became known about the searches, Prosecutor General Yury Lutsenko announced another idea of ??the removal of immunity from one of the people's deputies.
Recall, September 15 last year, the SBU and the GPU conducted a series of searches in Kharkov in the criminal proceedings to steal 654 hectares of land worth 4 billion hryvnia.
According to Prosecutor General Yuri Lutsenko, the city's leadership led by ex-mayor Mikhail Dobkin (now a deputy from the "Opposition block") and ex-secretary of the city council Gennady Kernes (now the mayor of Kharkiv) organized a criminal scheme for free transfer of land for development Housing cooperatives.
