According to him, at the moment more than 100 signatures are in the PACE for initiating the resignation of President Agramunt.

"It does not matter that we did not collect 120 signatures, the main thing over 60 already exists," said Yemets.

He also noted that during his work in the PACE, not a single document collected so many signatures.

However, in order to start the process of the resignation of the PACE head, it is enough to collect 60 signatures of the members of the Assembly.

Thus, the process of the resignation of Agramunt will be put to the vote already at the next session - in October 2017.

Recall, as previously reported, "URA-Inform", after the exclusion of PACE President Pedro Agramunt from the European People's Party, the duties of the President of the Assembly will be performed by the Ukrainian Georgy Logvinsky.
