The blogger himself claimed that that day he came to intercede for the driver, who was groundlessly stopped.

The patrolman demanded that Boychenko recover the moral damage in the amount of UAH 107,000.

After watching the scandalous video, interrogating witnesses, debating, the judge of the Frunzensky district court made a decision: to satisfy the demands of the patrol policeman to the blogger to refuse. The defense of Denis Dufek disagreed with such a decision, and declared her intention to appeal.
