The document was supported by 231 people's deputies. Thus, the law suggests the introduction at the legislative level of the procedure for the exercise of the right to constitutional complaint, as well as bringing into compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine the procedure for the Constitutional Court of Ukraine's constitutional proceedings.

It is also planned to specify the constitutional principles of the CCS activities in the implementation of constitutional proceedings, to legislatively fix the new organizational structure of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, which will allow the court to effectively exercise its powers.

The project also agreed with the provisions of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses of the project designation on liability for violation of the procedure for holding plenary sessions in the LCC;.

Clarified the article that regulates the court's determination of the term for termination of the act (its separate provisions);.

The norms of the draft law on changing the legal position of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.

In addition, paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Final Provisions of the draft have been finalized with a view to resolving the issue of constitutional complaints filed before the entry into force of the law.
