As explained by introducing the bill, the head of the committee on tax and customs policy Nina Yuzhanina, the project, in particular, proposes to postpone the introduction of the standard of environmental safety "Euro-6" from January 1, 2018 as of January 1, 2020.
According to her, the adoption of this bill will allow citizens of Ukraine to buy cheaper cars in 2010 with a lower excise tax paid during 2018.
