From the third time the law was approved by 278 people's deputies. However, the law provides for the identification of the main legal, economic and institutional framework for the establishment and operation of the Energy Efficiency Fund.

The law also provides for the internal hierarchical organizational structure of the fund. The Office will consist of a supervisory board, a directorate, technical and financial offices. The Supervisory Board of the Foundation includes three representatives of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, three independent representatives and one representative of donors.

At the same time, the draft law clearly defines the criteria for members of the supervisory board. According to the bill, the directorate of the fund consists of three directors - director, financial director and technical director.

The project also establishes the principles of the functioning of technical and financial offices, which must coordinate projects independently of each other and focusing on the maximum effect of achieving energy savings.

Recall, as reported URA-Inform, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Thursday, June 8, after heated discussions supported in the first reading the bill number 6327 "On state financial guarantees for the provision of medical services and medicines". After a series of unsuccessful voting, the document was supported by 227 people's deputies.
