"To avoid provocative actions from the DPRK, it is necessary to adhere to the resolution of the United Nations," said National Security Advisor Shotaro Yachi.

At the same time, Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe stated that the issue of North Korea is one of the main priorities for the international community.

In addition, he promised to agree with other states on containing any provocations from Pyongyang.

In turn, the head of the Japanese government stressed that his country will cooperate with South Korea and other states to contain North Korea.
