This Parubiy said today at a meeting of Parliament.

Thus, Parubius introduced into action a law that provides for an obligatory share of the Ukrainian language on national television 75%.

At the same time, Andrei Parubius added that this bill is the next step in the defense of the Ukrainian national space and language.

Also, the speaker signed a law on imposing fines for wearing the so-called St. George's ribbon.

According to him, the St.

George ribbon is a symbol of hatred and enmity, because these ribbons are worn by people who started the war against Ukraine.

"This law is one of the most important laws this week. And I also have the right to sign it and do it in the presence of people's deputies. The law is signed, "Parubius said," Parubiy noted..

Recall, as previously reported "URA-Inform", the law on the banning of St. George ribbons will be signed as soon as the document comes from the Verkhovna Rada to the president.
