Thus, from now on, Ukraine undertakes to consider the three and four 12 European Social Charter (revised) paragraphs as mandatory, namely, to make efforts to gradually raise the social security system to a higher level.
Ukraine also undertakes to take steps to conclude appropriate bilateral and multilateral agreements to ensure equality between citizens of contracting parties in the rights to social security, including the preservation of benefits provided by social security legislation, regardless of the movement of socially protected persons in the territory of the contracting parties.
