Anatoly Bizhko, Sergei Smirnov and Yuri Malkov went to save a wounded friend and were ambushed by terrorists. Even after the death, the militants did not return the bodies of our children for five days. Only at the weekend they managed to take them to the Dnieper. Brothers and volunteers said good-bye to the soldiers. They will bury each of the dead today in their hometowns:
the youngest, 22-year-old Bijko, in Nikopol, 36-year-old Smirnov in the Kherson region, and five years younger Malkov in Krivoy Rog.
The first commander of the 43rd separate motorized infantry battalion, Alexander Vodolazsky, noted that the soldiers went to the aid of a wounded soldier to take him out of the battlefield: ambushes awaited them.
"They died heroically, firing back. Separatists did not give five days. Humanly it is impossible to explain, the separatists traded, they wanted to bargain for something, "- said the military.
