Obolonsky District Court of Kyiv decided to appeal to the state enterprise "Information Judicial Systems" with a request to check whether there was interference in the automated distribution of judges in the case of former runaway President Viktor Yanukovych.

"We can not influence either the prosecutor's office or the police. Therefore, we can only apply to the State Enterprise "Information Judicial Systems", - said Judge Vladislav Devyatko, "Ukrainian Truth".



Lawyers Yanukovych filed a statement that the meeting can not continue because of the alleged interference of the Prosecutor General's Office in the system of automated distribution of judges.
