This is reported by the Associated Press.

According to Erdogan, if necessary, Ankara will strike the Kurdish positions. In addition, the date and time of the strike in advance will not be reported.

Also, the Turkish leader stressed that Western countries, and in particular the United States, should stop supporting the Kurds. At the same time, Erdogan promised to discuss this issue at a personal meeting with President Donald Trump.

By the way, before this statement, the US military sent equipment to Kurdish areas in the north of Syria, which may be evidence of their desire to establish a buffer zone between the Turkish military and Kurdish militia. However, Ankara is convinced that this operation was directed against the forces of the Kurdistan Workers' Party.

Recall, as reported by "URA-Inform", most recently the head of the Turkish state of Turkey, Recep Erdogan, said that the Russian Federation changed its attitude towards Syrian President Bashar Assad.
