The implementation of any international initiatives in the Crimea is possible only after fulfilling the main condition: the return of the annexed peninsula to Ukraine. Such a statement was made by the leader of the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people Refat Chubarov.

Commenting on the proposal of the Russian opposition politician Grigory Yavlinsky about organizing an international conference in Crimea and holding a new referendum, he said: "We can not forbid anyone to say what they think, but at first the Crimea returns to Ukraine. There is only one algorithm, there is no other. Dot. All".

"Anyone who tries to demonstrate that he acts nobly, democratically, but at the same time offers any options in which there is no return of the stolen - this man is a scoundrel.

If Yavlinsky seriously thinks that without returning the Crimea, you can hold conferences there - he's a scoundrel, "said Chubarov.

Russian opposition politician Grigory Yavlinsky proposed to convene an international conference on the Crimea, after which to organize and hold a referendum in the occupied peninsula. Only this, he said, will help Russia get rid of the sanctions of the West and achieve official recognition of its borders.
