On April 20 Tomsk pensioner sent the Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev his 60-ruble increase to his pension, accompanied by a translation of the comment: "The village - the capital - to hang out". For the shipment, he paid 133 rubles, writes the local press.

On April 22, he received a notice of the return of the money transfer, since the recipient refused to accept it. Now the pensioner must re-pay 133 rubles for transferring sixty rubles.

However, he will not take this money: "I have no money," explained the man..

In 2013, two pensioners from the city of Troitsk, Chelyabinsk region, outraged by extremely low pensions, sent their increase to President Vladimir Putin. The president did not accept the translation, however, local authorities began to call the women for discussions. The deputy head of the city then threatened one of them with a criminal case under Article 319 (insulting a representative of the authorities).
