The Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine proceeded to consider the suit of the former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Viktor Shokin, concerning the cancellation of the decision of the Verkhovna Rada and the decree of the President of Ukraine on his dismissal from the post of the head of the Prosecutor General's Office of Ukraine.
It is noted that representatives of all sides of the case (in particular, the Verkhovna Rada and the president) are present at the meeting, but the plaintiff himself is absent - Viktor Shokin.
According to the presiding judge Valentine Moroz, the court received a statement from the plaintiff about the case without his presence, and considered it possible to consider the case in this format.
In the same time. The court received applications from a number of persons to join the case as third parties. At the moment, the judges hear their explanations in order to decide on their entry into the case.
