A delegation from Germany arrived in Crimea, it included three politicians from the "Left" party and seven businessmen engaged in real estate, including construction. Members of the delegation want to form their opinion on what is happening on the peninsula.

Entrepreneurs are naturally interested in the development of business in the Crimea, they would like to find out the possibility of participating in business projects in the Crimea. The delegation plans to visit the sights of Sevastopol and Yalta, meet with the head of the Crimean parliament Vladimir Konstantinov, representatives of the public and entrepreneurs of the Crimea. Some of the delegation visited the peninsula before. They are able to understand how life is changing. Some people thought that they would see tanks on the streets, military operations were almost under way, and certainly there were infringements on the national question. The first steps were cautious. But as usual, people leave the Crimea with a completely different opinion. This was told by the head of the German national-cultural autonomy of the peninsula Yuri Gempel.

Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Alexander Turchaninov instructed the SBU to analyze information on visits to Crimea by politicians of European countries to introduce sanctions against them.

In autumn, a delegation of 19 businessmen and regional politicians from Italy visited Crimea.

The result of the three-day visit was four contracts on investment projects and the beginning of negotiations on a dozen more projects. Politicians represented regions with a population of about 27 million people. These regions account for about 70% of the total GDP of the country. They believe that the support of sanctions against the Russian Federation and the Crimea in favor of the EU and the US is very damaging to the economy of Italy. The signing of contracts shows that Italy not only in words but also in fact contributes to the breakthrough of the blockade of the Crimea.
